Simple, and nothing we don’t need.
The simplest solution that works, and nothing we don’t need today. KISS and YAGNI, in other words. It keeps the code easy to change and the pace up.
I get teams and platforms delivering often, safely and faster than anyone expected.

Anything that has to come out the same every time gets deterministic automation. I bring in AI where judgement is needed and where it saves time.
Ship often and you can steer by what actually happens. Big, rare releases mostly come down to crossed fingers. At iBinder we averaged 3.5 production changes per working day.
It all starts with delivery. Everything else ripples out from there.
Getting what the team builds to its users often and at a steady pace, without the drama.
Frontend and solution architecture that holds up as the product grows, with microservices and micro-frontends where they earn their place.
Lean, clear ground rules and tooling that cut out the waiting between an issue and production.
Automated flows around issues, pull requests and reviews, with AI built in where it genuinely saves time.
Renewing established platforms and ways of working while the business keeps running.

I’ve loved computers since I was a kid. My dad worked at Hewlett-Packard and I dreamt of making games. That feeling of getting a machine to do something that looks like magic has never left me.
A technical upper-secondary programme in computing in Forsmark and engineering studies in information technology at Uppsala University turned the interest into a job. I’ve been part of Scimus since 2001 and own the company today. I’m also one of the founders of VeliSpec.
Nothing beats a client’s jaw almost hitting the floor, because it went so fast or because we solved the problem better than they’d imagined. Often by not doing exactly what they asked for. I’m at my best when a driven team is pushing hard towards production together. At iBinder, my colleagues twice voted me team player of the year.
Away from work I train at the gym and run in phases. I’ve done two marathons and a 1:37 half, but what I’m proudest of is 5 km in under 20 minutes. The rest of my time goes to family and loved ones, concerts and the outdoors.
I usually reply within a couple of working days. A few lines on where you are today and where you want to get to are always welcome.
